I don’t know about you but whenever I’m working from home on phones until 3 a. M. I make homemade ice cream.
Wesley’s Blue Peach Ice Cream
1 can sweetened condensed milk 14oz can
1 can condensed milk 5oz can
1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
1 1/4 Whole Milk
4 Peeled Sliced & Diced, Fresh Southern Peaches
1/4 Cup Blueberries:
3 TBLS Sugar
1/4 cup Lemon Juice
1/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup peach nectar
Mix the first 4 ingredients and put them in the refrigerator.
Mix, then blend the remaining ingredients, I used a hand blender thing it worked great, you could use the blender, now mix this into the milk mixture and whisk it so it is blended.
Put in your Ice Cream Maker of choice, follow icemaker directions, and likely an hour to an hour and a half to freeze to ice cream, I kept my ingredients in the fridge.
