Believed to be the oldest surviving home within Myrtle Beach’s city limits, Swash Manor stands on elevated ground beside Withers Swash, formerly known as Eight Mile Swash. Its story reaches from Indigenous material beneath the property through the Todd and Collins families and into the life of modern Myrtle Beach.
